养心定悸胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏疗效观察及对NT-pro-BNP、LVEF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养心定悸胶囊联合比索洛尔治疗气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏的疗效及对患者B型钠尿肽前体(NT-pro-BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平的影响。方法:将我院2015年6月~2018年6月收治的慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏患者60例,随机分为治疗组(养心定悸胶囊联合比索洛尔组)和对照组(比索洛尔组),治疗8 w后,观察两组治疗后临床疗效、24 h室性早搏次数、左室射血分数及B型钠尿肽前体水平的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组和观察组24 h室性早搏次数、左室射血分数、B型钠尿肽前体水平均有明显改善(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。治疗后治疗组临床有效率、24 h室性早搏次数、左室射血分数、B型钠尿肽前体水平改善均明显优于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论:养心定悸胶囊联合比索洛尔可改善气阴两虚型慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏患者临床症状和心脏功能,降低患者B型钠尿肽前体水平,减少慢性心力衰竭合并室性早搏患者血管意外的发生率,改善患者病情预后。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Dingji Capsule combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of patients( Qiyinliangxu) with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular premature beats and the effect on B-type natriuretic peptide precursor and left ventricular ejection fraction in these patients. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular premature beats admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group( Yangxin Dingji capsule combined with bisoprololgroup) and the control group( bisoprolol group). After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical effects,24-hours ventricular premature beats,left ventricular ejection fraction and levels changes of B-type natriuretic peptide were observed in the two groups. Results: After treatment,the24-hours ventricular premature beats,left ventricular ejection fraction and B-type natriuretic peptide levels were improved in both groups,while the clinical effects,24-hours ventricular premature beats,left ventricular ejection fraction and levels changes of B-type natriuretic peptide in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Yangxin Dingji Capsule combined with bisoprolol can improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function. It may reduce the level of B-type natriuretic peptide in patients,and reduce the vascular accident in patients with chronic heart failure and ventricular premature beats,and improves the prognosis of these patients.
