摘 要:目的分析2015~2017年吉林省流行的柯萨奇病毒A组16型(coxasckievirus A16,CVA16)的流行特征、种系进化及基因特征。方法收集2015~2017年吉林省手足口病(hand,foot and mouth disease,HFMD)患儿的咽拭子或粪便标本,通过病毒分离筛选出CVA16阳性毒株,并对其VP1编码区基因组核苷酸序列进行测定和分析。结果24株CVA16流行株均为B1b基因亚型,与甘肃株核苷酸和氨基酸序列同源性分别为94.6%~96.1%和99.6%~100%;24株CVA16流行株氨基酸序列的第11、14、23、221及266位点发生了氨基酸突变。结论CVA16为吉林省HFMD的主要病原体之一,24株CVA16流行株与2007年甘肃株亲缘关系最近,与2008年青海株相比,共发生了5处氨基酸位点突变。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics,phylogenesis and genetic characteristics of coxsackievirus group A type 16(CVA16)epidemic in Jilin Province,China in 2015~2017.Methods The pharynx swabs and fecal specimens of children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in Jilin Province from 2015 to 2017 were collected,from which the strains positive for CVA16 were screened by virus isolation and analyzed for the nucleotide sequence of whole genome of VP1 coding region.Results All the 24 epidemic strains of CVA16 were of gene subtype B1b,of which the homologies of nucleotides and amino acids to those of Gansu isolate were 94.6~96.1%and 99.6%~100%respectively.Amino acid mutations occurred at sites 11,14,23,221 and 266 of amino acid sequences of the 24 CVA16 strains.Conclusion CVA16 is one of the major pathogens of HFMD in Jilin Province.The 24 epidemic strains of CVA16 show the closest relationship to Gansu strain isolated in 2007.However,there are mutations at five sites of amino acids in comparison with Qinghai strain isolated in 2008.
