摘　　要：目的调查分析2016~2018年吉林省医务工作者的麻疹抗体水平。方法采用分层整群抽样方法抽取吉林省2016~2018年各地区医疗机构医务工作者2220名,采集静脉血3~5 mL,分离血清,检测麻疹IgG抗体,并进行描述性分析。结果2016、2017、2018年分别纳入1056、299、865名调查对象,麻疹IgG抗体阳性率分别为92.32%、60.91%、63.82%,保护率分别为70.23%、39.56%、42.10%,几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为1443.12、466.88、460.81 mIU/mL。结论2016~2018年吉林省医疗机构医务工作者麻疹抗体保护率较低,建议对该人群开展麻疹疫苗补充免疫。Objective To investigate the measles antibody level in healthcare workers in Jilin Province,China in 2016~2018.Methods A total of 2220 healthcare workers in various regions of Jilin Province was selected by stratified cluster sampling method in 2016~2018,of whom 3~5 mL venous blood were collected,from which sera were separated and determined for IgG antibody level against measles for descriptive analysis.Results In 2016,2017 and 2018,1056,299 and 865 healthcare workers were investigated,of whom the positive rates for measles antibody were 92.32%,60.91%and 63.82%,while the protection rates were 70.23%,39.56%and 42.10%,and geometric mean concentrations(GMCs)were 1443.12,466.88 and 460.81 mIU/mL,respectively.Conclusion In 2016~2018,the protective rates against measles in healthcare workers in Jilin Province were low.It is recommended to carry out supplementary measles vaccination in this population.
