摘  要:在强潮流、低能见度等恶劣海况下的海底管道不停产带压开孔作业,由于浮吊船升沉和摇摆较大的不利影响,无法采用常规的吊装方式来进行带压开孔设备的安装和拆卸,须借助一些辅助结构才能完成。以东海某海底管道带压开孔修复项目为例,对用于带压开孔设备装卸的辅助支架和用于开孔机与封堵机相互更换的屋顶式吊装框架进行了结构设计,研制了开孔设备组合体和辅助支架整体安装技术,以及使用屋顶式吊装框架进行开孔机和封堵机相互更换技术。工程实践证明:该辅助结构及机具安装、更换技术适用于恶劣海况下的施工作业,降低了施工难度和风险,节省了工期,可为以后类似恶劣海况下海底管道带压开孔维修项目提供借鉴。When subsea pipeline hot tapping is operated under normal production state in severe sea condition such as strong current and low visibility,the routine lifting method for hot tapping equipment installation and removal can not be used due to floating crane heave and sway,so auxiliary structure is needed.Taking a subsea pipeline hot tapping repair project in the China East Sea for example,the structural designs of the auxiliary support for hot tapping equipment installation and removal and the roof-style lifting frame for replacement between the hole opening machine and the plugging machine were performed.The technique of integral installation of the assembled hole opening equipment and the auxiliary support,as well as the technique of replacement between the hole opening machine and the plugging machine by using roof-style lifting frame were developed.The engineering practice proves that the auxiliary structure and the equipment installation and replacement techniques are suitable for the construction work under severe sea condition,reduces construction difficulty and risk,saves time period,may provide the reference for the later similar projects of subsea pipeline hot tapping repair under severe sea condition.
