摘 要:针对无法实行内检测的管段,参照NACE SP0116的相关要求对管道进行内腐蚀直接评价。以某油田海底管道为研究对象,建立了多相流管道CO2内腐蚀De Warrd模型,通过预评价、间接检测、详细检测和后评价四个步骤对管道的腐蚀情况进行了预测。通过输入多相流的基础和环境参数,发现管道的腐蚀程度与持液率、气液两相流型以及气液两相表观流速等流动参数都有较大关联,其中在两侧立管及里程为6.87~7.83 km低洼上坡段处的腐蚀最为严重。经与现场立管的检测结果对比发现,间接检测与软件模拟的结果基本保持一致,平均腐蚀速率为0.402 mm/a,属于极严重腐蚀状态;确定了该管道的再次评估的间隔时间为1年,其评价过程和评价结果可为管道腐蚀控制和延寿提供理论依据。According to the relevant requirements of the NACE SP0116,the internal corrosion of the pipeline can be directly evaluated for the pipeline section being unable to conduct detection.Based on the research object of the submarine pipeline in an oilfield,a De Warrd model of CO2 internal corrosion in the multiphase flow pipeline was established,and the corrosion situation of the pipeline was predicted by four steps:pre-evaluation,indirect detection,detailed detection and post-evaluation.Through input of the basic parameters of the multiphase flow and the environmental parameters,it is found that the corrosion degree of the pipeline is related to the flow parameters such as liquid holding rate,gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern and apparent flow rate;the corrosion is most serious at the two side risers and the kilometrage 6.87~7.83 km upper slope section from low-lying.Compared with the field test results of the risers,it is found that the indirect test results are basically consistent with the software simulation results,and the average corrosion rate is 0.402 mm/a,which belongs to the extremely serious corrosion state.The interval of re-evaluation of the pipeline is determined to be one year.The evaluation process and results can provide theoretical basis for the pipeline corrosion control and service life extension.
