摘  要:目的:探讨通过颅骨直接穿刺单次注血造成家兔蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)来建立中枢神经系统表面铁质沉积模型(SS-CNS)的可行性。方法:研究对象为38只新西兰兔,在CT引导下行颅骨直接穿刺后蛛网膜下腔内自体动脉血注射来引发SAH,随后将实验兔分为两组,A组饲养105天、B组饲养154天后均行头颅MRI检查,5天后处死新西兰兔,对其大脑标本进行病理检查,比较两组实验兔大脑的大体解剖、影像学及病理表现。结果:穿刺过程中实验兔死亡7只,其余31只(81.6%)均在CT图像上显示有蛛网膜下腔出血。饲养过程中6只实验兔死亡,病理检查显示SS-CNS阳性10只,建模成功率为40%(10/25),其中A组为37.5%(6/16),B组阳性率为44.4%(4/9),两组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.53)。结论:颅骨直接穿刺单次注血是制作SS-CNS模型的一种可行的方法;建立SAH模型后,饲养时间对建立SS-CNS的成功率影响不大。Objective:The purpose was to investigate the feasibility of establishing the model of superficial siderosis of central nervous system(SS-CNS)by single blood injection through direct skull puncture to cause su-barachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)of rabbits.Methods:38 New Zealand rabbits was enrolled for establishment of SAH model by single injection of autohemic artery blood through direct skull puncture under CT-guidance.After injection,the 38 rabbits was randomly divided into two groups and underwent MRI examination after 105 days(group A)or 154 days(group B).The rabbits were killed 5 days after MRI examination to obtain brain samples for pathological examination.The anatomic,MRI and pathological changes of brain in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:7 rabbits died during the puncture.Subarachnoid hemorrhage was observed in the remaining 31 rabbits under CT.The successful rate of the establishment of SAH model was 81.6%(31/38).6 rabbits was died during the feeding process,and finally SS-CNS model was successfully established in 10 rabbits with total positive rate of 40%(10/25),and the positive rate in group A was 37.5%(6/16),44.4%(4/9)in group B,respectively.There was no significant difference in the positive rate between group A and group B(P=0.53).Conclusion:It is feasible to establish a SS-CNS model by single blood injection through direct skull puncture in rabbits.After establishment of SAH model,feeding days is not a key factor affecting SS-CNS.
