摘 要:随着建筑工业化及信息化技术的快速发展,装配式建筑施工成为建筑行业关注的热点问题。为增强装配式建筑施工安全风险的管控能力,本文采用结构方程模型(SEM)对影响装配式建筑施工安全的主要因素进行研究。首先结合历年来对装配式建筑施工安全风险的相关文献,采用灰色关联度法建立指标体系。其次通过调查问卷进行数据收集,在此基础上运用结构方程模型对各施工安全风险指标进行权重计算,最后对潜在影响因素进行深入分析。结果表明,大力改善预制构件现场运输、卸载、堆放等问题,定期检查现场危险源控制情况以及加强施工人员安全意识是控制施工安全问题的根本之策。该方法评价结果科学且具有适用性,为全方位的管理控制施工安全风险提供决策参考。With the rapid development of industrialization and information technology,prefabricated building construction has become a hot issue in the construction industry.In order to enhance the control ability of safety risks in the construction of prefabricated buildings,structural equation model(SEM)is adopted in this paper to study the main factors that affect the construction safety of prefabricated buildings.Firstly,the grey relational degree method is used to establish the index system based on the related literature of the safety risk of prefabricated building construction.Secondly,data are collected through questionnaires.On this basis,the structural equation model is used to calculate the weight of each construction safety risk index.Finally,the potential influencing factors are analyzed in depth.The results show that the fundamental measures to control the construction safety are to improve the transportation,unloading and stacking of prefabricated components on site,check the control situation of hazard sources on site regularly and strengthen the safety consciousness of construction personnel.The evaluation results of this method are scientific and applicable,which can provide a reference for the decision making of comprehensive management and control of construction safety risks.
