摘 要:高层和超高层建筑近年来发展迅猛,混凝土泵送高度越来越高,难度越来越大,泵送堵管时有发生,严重时甚至引发爆管,威胁到人们的生命财产安全。因此,本文以事故致因理论为依据,分析了混凝土泵送施工堵管影响因素,建立了混凝土泵送堵管风险评价指标体系;论文利用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法(EWM)分别确定了混凝土泵送堵管风险评价指标的主观权重和客观权重,在此基础上通过组合赋权法最终确定了指标综合权重;论文还运用模糊综合评价法构建了混凝土泵送施工堵管风险评价模型;最后结合工程实例,运用模糊综合评价模型定量分析了某项目泵送施工的堵管风险,并提出了相应的风险防范建议。研究结果能有效预防和减少混凝土泵送施工过程中堵管的发生,提高混凝土泵送施工的风险管理水平。In recent years,with the rapid development of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings,the height of concrete pumping is getting higher and higher,and the concrete pumping construction is becoming more and more difficult.The pumping pipe blockage often occurs,even causes the pipe explosion,which threatens people’s life and property safety.Therefore,based on the accident-causing theory,the blockage factors of concrete pumping are analyzed,and the risk assessment index system is established;then the subjective weight and objective weight of the risk evaluation indexes of concrete pumping pipe are determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method(EWM)respectively.The comprehensive weight of the index is determined by combination weighting method.And the risk assessment model of blockage in concrete pumping construction is constructed by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,combined with an engineering case,a quantitatively analysis of the blockage risk in concrete pumping construction is carried out,and the suggestions on corresponding risk prevention are proposed.The study records of the paper are conducive to prevent and reduce the occurrence of blockage during the concrete pumping construction and are helpful to improve the risk management level of pumping construction.
