摘　　要：人民安全是国家安全的宗旨,国家安全归根到底就是要为群众安居乐业提供坚强保障,其中的重要方面是防范和化解社会领域重大风险。习近平总书记指出,维护社会大局稳定,要切实落实保安全、护稳定各项措施,下大气力解决好人民群众切身利益问题,全面做好就业、教育、社会保障、医药卫生、食品安全、安全生产、社会治安、住房市场调控等各方面工作,不断增加人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感。为此,要坚持底线思维,深刻认识防范和化解社会领域重大风险的意义,科学预判社会领域风险隐患,着力防范和化解社会领域重大风险。People’s security is the purpose of national security.In the final analysis,national security is to provide a strong guarantee for the people to live and work in peace and contentment.An important aspect of national security is to prevent and resolve major risks in the social field.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that maintaining overall social stability,we should earnestly implement various measures of ensuring security and safeguarding stability,and work hard to solve problems concerning the immediate interests of the people,and do a good job in all aspects of employment,education,social security,medical and health,food safety,production safety,social security,housing market regulation and so on,and constantly increase people’s sense of fulfillment,happiness and security.Therefore,we must adhere to the bottom line thinking,deeply understand the significance of preventing and resolving major risks in the social field,scientifically predict potential risks and hidden dangers in the social field,and strive to prevent and resolve major risks in the social field.
