摘　　要：为更好地促进船东履行《2006年海事劳工公约》,文章对该公约有关"海员就业协议"的相关规定进行了回顾,对当前"海员就业协议"常见形式进行了利弊分析,并在对其常见缺陷及成因进行探讨后,建议制定一份可满足中国船东履约需要的"海员标准合同".In order to promote the shipowners'fulfillment of the Maritime Labor Convention 2006,the paper reviews the relevant provisions of the Convention on Seafarers' Employment Agreement and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used forms of Seafarers' Employment Agreement at present.It probes into the frequent defects of Seafarers'Employment Agreement and the causes and puts forward suggestions on developing a Seafarers' Standard Contract meeting the requirements of China's shipowners in implementing conventions.
