摘　　要：医院是医疗卫生服务体系中的重要组成部分,其职能部门构成复杂,这些不同的职能部门维持了医院良好的秩序.医院办公室是医院的关键部门,其在医院运行中起着沟通与协调的作用,对于医患关系的维护、部门工作的配合等发挥着重要的作用,因此,其具有明显的综合性.为提升医院的管理水平,各个医院要着力提升医院办公室工作的效率和质量.基于此,该文分析了医院办公室工作在医院管理中的重要作用,对于促进医院的长远发展等具有一定的指导价值.Hospitals are an important part of the medical and health service system,and their functional departments are complex.These different functional departments maintain good hospital order.The hospital office is the key department of the hospital.It plays a role of communication and coordination in the operation of the hospital.It plays an important role in maintaining the doctor-patient relationship and coordinating the work of the department.Therefore,it has obvious comprehensiveness.In order to improve the management level of hospitals,each hospital should focus on improving the efficiency and quality of hospital office work.Based on this,the text analyzes the important role of hospital office work in hospital management,and has certain guiding value for promoting the long-term development of the hospital.
