六西格玛管理在放射影像科护理管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 分析六西格玛管理在放射影像科护理管理中的优势和价值.方法择取该院8名放射影像科护理人员进行实验,根据不同的护理管理方式分为两组,将实施常规护理管理模式归为参照组,时间区间为2017年1-6月;将实施六西格玛管理模式归为研究组,时间区间为2017年7-12月.护理后,对2组的检查等候时间和护理满意度进行比较.结果 与参照组比较,研究组患者的等候检查时间平均值更加理想(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度为98.89%明显高于参照组87.78%(P<0.05).结论 将六西格玛管理应用于放射影像科护理中,有利于减少患者的候检时间,提高护理质量,加强患者的护理满意度,促进护理管理工作更加高效.Objective To analyze the advantages and values of Six Sigma management in nursing management of radiology department.Methods Eight nursing staff in the radiology department of the hospital were selected to conduct experiments,and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing management methods.The routine nursing management mode was classified as the reference group,and the time interval was from January to June 2017.The Six Sigma management model is classified as a research group with a time period from July to December 2017.After nursing,the waiting time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the average waiting time of patients in the study group was more ideal(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.89%,which was significantly higher than the reference group 87.78%(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying six sigma management to radiology department nursing will help reduce the waiting time of patients,improve the quality of care,enhance the patient's nursing satisfaction,and promote more efficient nursing management.
