摘　　要：在科技高速发展的现代社会,信息技术已渗入到各行各业,医院的发展也必须紧跟时代的步伐.对于医院的运营与管理,医学文书档案管理是其中重要的组成部分,文书档案记录了医疗及医院服务的整体情况,涉及多种表达形式,如影像、图表、文件等,客观体现了医院过去医疗工作的种种情况.该文将讨论、分析新时代医学文书档案管理工作的相关概念及问题,以期为医院的文书档案管理者提供借鉴.In a modern society with rapid development of science and technology,information technology has penetrated into all walks of life,and the development of hospitals must also keep pace with the times.For the operation and management of hospitals,the management of medical documents and archives is an important part of them.The document archives record the overall situation of medical and hospital services,involving multiple forms of expression:images,charts,documents,etc.,which objectively reflect the hospital's past Various conditions of medical work.This article will discuss and analyze the related concepts and issues of medical document archives management in the new era,with a view to providing reference for hospital document archives managers.
