耐多药结核病房实施护理安全管理的价值评估

摘　　要：目的 探究耐多药结核病房实施护理安全管理的临床价值.方法 选取2018年11月-2019年10月于该院住院治疗的58例耐多药结核病患者作为观察组, 同时选择2017年11月-2018年10月未进行护理安全管理的58例耐多药结核病患者作为对照组进行研究,对照组给予常规管理方式,对照组实施护理安全管理模式.对比两组方案实施后患者的临床治疗效果及护理缺陷事件发生情况.结果 护理安全管理方案实施后观察组患者治愈率为53.44%显著高于对照组34.48%(P<0.05);采用护理安全管理后的观察组护理缺陷事件发生率为8.62%,与对照组的护理缺陷事件发生率41.38%相较,有明显降低(P<0.05).结论护理安全管理通过完善的管理方案,有效提高患者治愈率,并明显降低护理缺陷事件的发生率,值得在临床中广泛推广使用.Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing safety management in MDR-TB.Methods 58 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis who were hospitalized in the hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group.At the same time,58 patients with multi-drug resistance who did not undergo nursing safety management from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected.Patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis were studied as a control group.The control group was given the conventional management mode,and the control group was administered the nursing safety management mode.The clinical treatment effect and the occurrence of nursing defects were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of the nursing safety management program,the cure rate of the observation group was 53.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was 34.48%(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing defect events in the observation group after the use of nursing safety management was 8.62%Compared with the control group,the incidence of nursing defects was 41.38%,which was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing safety management can effectively improve the cure rate of patients and significantly reduce the incidence of nursing defect events through a sound management plan,which is worthy of widespread popularization in clinical practice.
