护理安全量化管理模式在神经内科护理管理工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究并分析护理安全量化管理模式在神经内科护理管理工作中的临床效果.方法 选取在2018年6月-2019年6月期间该院神经内科接诊的80例患者和20名临床护士作为研究对象,将其分为常规与研究两组,通过该院自拟的护理安全量化评价表对神经内科护理管理工作进行调查,对比护理安全量化管理模式使用前后神经内科患者对生活质量和病房管理质量评分情况、相关人员的护理工作满意度以及护理人员专业素质.结果 实施护理安全量化管理模式后,神经内科患者对生活质量和病房管理质量评分情况、相关人员的护理工作满意度以及护理人员专业素质均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理安全量化管理模式能够有效改善神经内科护理管理工作的整体质量,提高护理管理工作的效率、护理人员的专业素质以及患者的满意程度,具有一定的推广意义和临床使用价值.Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of the quantitative management model of nursing safety in the nursing management of neurology.Methods 80 patients and 20 clinical nurses admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups:routine and research group.The safety quantitative evaluation form surveys the nursing management work of neurology department,and compares the scores of qualities of life and ward management quality of neurological patients before and after the use of the quantitative management mode of nursing safety,the satisfaction of nursing staff and the professional quality of nursing staff.Results After the quantitative management model of nursing safety was implemented,neurological patients'quality of life and ward management quality scores,nursing staff satisfaction of nursing staff and professional quality of nursing staff were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quantitative management mode of nursing safety can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing management in neurology,improve the efficiency of nursing management,the professional quality of nursing staff,and the degree of patient satisfaction,which has certain promotion significance and clinical use value.
