同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C与妊娠糖尿病的关系

摘　　要：目的分析胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与妊娠糖尿病之间的相关性。方法方便选取该院2014年1月-2019年5月收治的43名正常妊娠孕妇、43例妊娠糖尿病孕妇为研究对象,对两组研究对象血浆CysC、Hcy水平、三酰甘油(TG)以及血糖(GLU)水平进行测定,对比各组测定值的差异性,同时采用Pearson法分析CysC与Hcy之间的相关性。结果妊娠糖尿病组患者GLU、CysC、TG以及Hcy测定值分别为(8.69±1.08)mmol/L、(1.29±0.35)mg/L、(3.09±0.82)mmol/L、(13.78±5.63)μmol/L,均明显高于正常妊娠组的(5.36±0.52)mmol/L、(0.75±0.15)mg/L、(1.66±0.23)mmol/L、(7.12±2.12)μmol/L(t=18.217、19.526、20.122、16.259,P<0.05);妊娠糖尿病患者CysC、Hcy之间为正相关(r=0.918,P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病发病过程中,CysC与Hcy可能发挥了共同作用。Objective To analyze the correlation between cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy)and gestational diabetes.Methods Forty-three normal pregnant women and 43 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were treated in thehospital from January 2014 to May 2019 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.Plasma CysC,Hcy levels,triacylglycerol(TG)and blood glucose(GLU)level was measured,and the differences between the measured values of each group were compared.At the same time,the correlation between CysC and Hcy was analyzed using the Pearson method.Results The measured values of GLU,CysC,TG and Hcy in patients with gestational diabetes were(8.69±1.08)mmol/L,(1.29±0.35)mg/L,(3.09±0.82)mmol/L,and(13.78±5.63)μmol/L,were significantly higher than(5.36±0.52)mmol/L,(0.75±0.15)mg/L,(1.66±0.23)mmol/L,(7.12±2.12)μmol/L(t=18.217,19.526,20.122,16.259,P<0.05);there was a positive correlation between CysC and Hcy in patients with gestational diabetes(r=0.918,P<0.05).Conclusion CysC and Hcy may play a common role in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes.
