木僵状态患者采用综合护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的分析紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者采取综合护理干预后对其治疗依从性和阳性阴性症状评分。方法方便选取该院2018年3月-2019年6月收治的50例紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者,共50例,采取随机抽签法分为W组和M组。W组25例,采取综合护理干预。M组25例,采取常规护理干预。经过1个月的随访,比较两组患者的依从性、阳性和阴性症状评分、护理满意度等方面。结果 W组的依从性72.00%高于M组32.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。W组的复发率28.00%低于M组76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.013、11.538,P<0.05)。W组和M组生理领域评分分别为(65.72±7.65)分和(58.26±6.73)分,物质领域评分分别为(78.24±3.86)分、(51.69±2.67)分,精神领域评分分别为(52.34±7.63)分、(48.69±2.17)分,社会领域评分分别为(56.67±8.31)分、(46.75±6.67)分,总评分分别为(68.73±2.18)分、(60.00±7.52)分,经对比差异有统计学意义(t=3.661、28.284、2.301、4.655、5.575,P<0.05)。结论对紧张型精神分裂症木僵状态患者采取综合护理干预的方法可以显著提高患者的依从性,有效抑制疾病的复发,提高治疗的总体效果。Objective To analyze the scores of treatment compliance and positive-negative symptoms in patients with tense schizophrenia with stiff schizophrenia after comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods A total of 50 patients with tenacious schizophrenia stiffness were convenient selected from our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into W and M groups by random drawing.In group W,25 patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.25 patients in group M received routine nursing intervention.After a 1-month follow-up,the compliance,positive and negative symptom scores,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance of W group was 72.00%higher than that of M group 32.00%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in group W was 28.00%lower than that in group M 76.00%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparison,(χ^2=8.0128,11.5385,P<0.05).The scores of the W and M groups in the physical domain were(65.72±7.65)points and(58.26±6.73)points,the physical domain scores were(78.24±3.86)points,(51.69±2.67)points,and the mental domain scores were(52.34±7.63)points,(48.69±2.17)points,social field scores are(56.67±8.31)points,(46.75±6.67)points,total scores are(68.73±2.18)points,(60.00±7.52)points,and the comparison,which was statistically significant(t=3.6608,28.2840,2.3006,4.6547,5.5749,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with tense schizophrenia stupor can significantly improve patient compliance,effectively suppress the recurrence of the disease,and improve the overall effect of treatment.
