左西孟旦治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析左西孟旦治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法收集2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者100例为研究对象,根据随机原则将其分为两组,对照组患者接受常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用左西孟旦治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组50例急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组50例急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗总有效率78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦治疗急性失代偿性心力衰竭的治疗效果显著,值得临床应用推广。Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of levosimendan on acute decompensated heart failure.Methods 100 patients with acute decompensated heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,while the patients in the study group received levosimendan treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of 50 cases of acute decompensated heart failure in the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Levosimendan is effective in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
