摘  要:目的:探讨混合现实技术(MR)在人工股骨头置换术的价值。方法:选取20例股骨颈骨折患者随机均分为A、B两组,A组患者根据影像数据重建可视化模型用于术前规划和术中辅助手术,B组患者采用常规手术;比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及切口长度,于出院时、术后1月及6月,采用髋关节Harris评分评价2组患者的治疗效果;同时设计"医生问卷表"和"患者问卷表",由参与手术的医生及A组患者于术后分别填写,了解医患双方对MR的满意度。结果:A组患者较B组切口短(P <0. 05)、出院时髋关节Harris评分高于B组(P <0. 05);医生及患者对MR三维模型总体满意度评分较高。结论:MR可有效辅助医生手术,缩短切口长度、促进早期髋关节功能恢复。MR模型也是一种有效的医患沟通工具,对股骨颈骨折临床应用具有潜在价值。Objective:To investigate the value of applying mixed reality(MR)in hip arthroplasty.Methods:20 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups:A/B and 10 patients in each group.In Group A,reconstructing a visualization model based on image data and applying it for preoperative planning and intraoperative assisted surgery;in Group B,they received conventional surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision length and hip Harris score(discharged from hospital,1 m and 6 m after surgery)were compared between the two groups.Meanwhile,doctors'and patients'satisfaction score to MR was evaluated by involving doctors and patients from Group A after surgery.Results:Compared with group B,group A had shorter incision length(P<0.05)and higher hip Harris score when discharged(P<0.05).Doctors and patients have overall higher satisfaction with MR model.Conclusion:The MR model can effectively assist doctors with simulation training and surgical planning,shortened incision length,promoted early hip function recovery.MR model is also an effective tool for the communication between doctors and patients,which is of great value for the treatment of femoral neck fracture.
