摘 要:以单分散的粒径为390 nm和690 nm的聚苯乙烯微球为原料,采用垂直自组装法制备了聚苯乙烯胶体晶体。采用扫描电子显微镜和分光分度计对样品形貌、结构以及光学特性进行了表征和分析。研究了乳液浓度、干燥温度对聚苯乙烯胶体晶体膜的微观形貌影响。结果表明:乳液浓度为0.1 wt%、干燥温度为45℃时,该胶体晶体膜微观形貌为高质量的密排六方结构,烧杯壁呈现绚丽的颜色。反射光谱表明,该结构具有光子晶体的带隙特征,带隙的中心波长约为850 nm和1600 nm。Polystyrene colloidal crystal was prepared by vertical deposition method using monodisperse polystyrene microspheres with the size of 390 nm and 690 nm.The nanostructural morphology and optical properties of the samples were examined and analyzed by SEM and spectrophotometer.Effects of drying temperature and concentration of emulsions on morphology and color performance of the polystyrene colloidal crystal were investigated and analyzed.The results show that when the concentration of emulsion of polystyrene microsphrer is 0.1 wt%and drying temperature is 45℃,the polystyrene colloidal crystal has good quality of arrangement and exhibits bright color around the wall of beaker.Reflection spectrum shows that the crystal takes the existence of photonic bandgap and that the gap’s central wavelength is about 850 nm and 1600 nm.
