摘 要:以聚乙烯醇(PVA)-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)改性阴离子聚合体系作为棒状氢氧化铁(Fe(OH)3)溶胶的固定介质,分别运用纳米粒度测定仪和扫描电镜(SEM)研究Fe(OH)3溶胶在不同制备条件下的粒径和分散行为。结果表明,Fe(OH)3溶胶体系的粒径随着三氯化铁(FeCl3)浓度的增加和渗析时间的延长逐渐增大,随着搅拌速度的增加而逐渐减小。PVA-SDS平均粒径比复合体系PVA-SDS-Fe(OH)3大1-2个数量级,且同浓度复合体系的丁达尔效应比纯Fe(OH)3溶胶体系强。结合红外光谱和扫描透镜技术,推测其原因是棒状Fe(OH)3胶粒与SDS以静电作用力相牵引,并使得SDS在PVA分散相中的排列行为由团簇变线状。Using the modified anion polymer of polyvinyl alcohol-sodium dodecyl sulfate(PVA-SDS)as the fixed and dispersed media,the particle size and dispersion behavior of Iron(III)Hydroxide Sol(Fe(OH)3)un-der several different preparation conditions were studied by ultraviolet-visible reflection spectrum,nanometer particle size measurement and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the particle size of Fe(OH)3 sol increases with the increasing of the concentration of FeCl3 and dialysis time,but decreases gradually as the stirring speed increases.And the average particle size of PVA-SDS is 1-2 orders of magnitude larger than the PVA-SDS-Fe(OH)3 system.And the results of Tyndall effect dedicate that PVA-SDS-Fe(OH)3 system re-tains the properties of colloids,and that the opal intensity is stronger than the Fe(OH)3 system itself at the same concentration.By Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy method,interaction mechanism shows that the arrange-ment of SDS changes from clusters to linear in PVA media because of electrostatic force between rod-like Fe(OH)3 system and SDS.
