摘　　要：档案资源是高校重要的信息资产,名师档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,其门类丰富、数量众多,蕴含着丰富的精神价值、文化价值和育人价值。为实现名师档案的科学化管理和高效利用,需要一套精细化的高校名师档案综合管理系统作为支撑,本文分析了系统的研发背景和相关需求,划分了系统的功能模块,并从功能设计、数据库设计、系统实现等方面对系统进行了详细描述,给出了高校名师档案信息化管理参考解决方案。Archive resources are the important information assets of university,and famous teachers archives are an important part of it,they contain rich spiritual,cultural and educational value.To realize scientific management and efficient utilization of famous teachers,we need a refinement information system as a support.This paper analyzes the research background and related requirements of the system,compartmentalizes the system functional module,elaborates the ways of realization from the overall design,database design,UI implementation,background implementation,and gives a solution of archives information management for famous teachers in colleges.
