摘  要:针对突发性疾病预防及常见慢性疾病规范管理对远程医疗的实际需求,设计了一套基于物联网技术的远程医疗系统。本着安全性、稳定性、智能化及实时性的设计原则,基于物联网技术设计了系统的整体架构。并进一步优化系统的物理架构和功能架构。为了提高系统的实用性,基于蓝牙传输技术设计信息采集模块,细化系统工作流程。测试诊断数据的统计和分析结果表明,文中所设计的远程智能医疗系统对于多类常见疾病的误诊率及漏诊率均较低,具有良好的鲁棒性。In view of the actual needs of the prevention of sudden diseases and the standardized management of common chronic diseases for telemedicine,this paper designs a telemedicine system by using the Internet of things technology.Based on the design principles of security,stability,intelligence and real-time,the overall architecture of the system is designed.On this basis,the physical architecture and functional architecture of the system are further optimized.In order to improve the practicability of the system,the information collection module is designed based on Bluetooth transmission technology,and the workflow of the system is described in detail.The statistical and analytical results of the test and diagnosis data show that the remote intelligent medical system designed in this paper has low misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate for many kinds of common diseases,and has good robustness.
