摘 要:为探究紫外线诱变玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106菌株的最佳条件,本研究以玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106菌株为对象、紫外线为诱变条件,通过单因素试验,分别选取3个较合适的孢子悬浮液浓度、紫外线诱变时间、紫外线诱变距离进行正交试验,并以菌落直径和产孢量为指标进行条件筛选。结果表明,不同的孢子悬浮液浓度、紫外线诱变时间、紫外线诱变距离均可对菌落直径及产孢量产生影响。其中在菌株的孢子悬浮液浓度为1.0×10^6 cfu·mL^-1、处理时间为10 min、距离为30 cm的条件下试验结果最佳,在此诱变条件下,玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106菌株菌落直径为38.08 mm,产孢量1.26×107 cfu·mL^-1。综合而言,最适紫外线诱变玫烟色棒束孢IF-1106菌株的孢子悬浮液浓度为1.0×10^6 cfu·mL^-1、处理时间为10 min、距离为30 cm。In order to explore the best conditions of ultraviolet mutagenic Is aria famosorosea IF-1106 strain, this study took the Isaria fumosorosea IF-1106 strain as the object, uv radiation as the mutagenic condition, through a single factor experiment, selected three more suitable spore suspension concentration, ultraviolet mutagenic time, ultraviolet mutagenic distance for orthogonal experiment . The optimum condition of IF-1106 strain induced by ultraviolet radiation was selected with the colony diameter and sporulation quan tity as the indexes. The experimental results showed that different spore suspension concentrations, UV mutagenic time and UV muta genic distance could all affect the colony diameter and the sporulation quantity. Among them, the sporesuspension concentration of the strain was 1.0×10^6 cfu mL^-1, the treatment time was 10 min, the distance was 30 cm, the test results were best.In this condition ,the colony diameter was 38.08 mm, the production of 1.26×10^7 cfu mL^-1. In general, the most suitable UVmutagenic Isaria fumosorosea IF-1106 strain spore suspension concentration was 1.0 ×10^6 cfu mL^-1, treatment time was 10 min, distance was 30 cm.
