摘  要:高炉炉缸寿命是决定高炉一代炉龄的重要因素,也是钢铁企业降本减排的重要发展方向。高炉设计者利用现代计算机分析软件ANSYS进行传热体系优化,提升长寿炉缸设计质量,着重分析以陶瓷杯隔热法为代表的炉缸结构的传热体系,将870~1 500℃等温线控制在炭砖热面以外,有效延长炭砖使用寿命,保证了该结构炉缸的传热体系有效性,达到高炉炉缸长寿设计的目标。The life of blast furnace hearth is an important factor to determine age of blast furnace generation,and it is also the important development direction of reductions cost and discharge to the enterprise.Blast furnace designers use modern computer analysis software ANSYS optimize heat transfer system,the design quality of longevity hearth is improved.The heat transfer system of hearth structure represented by ceramic cup heat insulation method is analyzed emphatically,the isotherm of 870~1500℃is controlled outside of the carbon brick hot surface,the carbon brick life is effectively prolonged,and the effectiveness of heat transfer system is ensured,so that the design of blast furnace longevity hearth can be realized.
