摘 要:唐山不锈钢公司生产的深冲IF钢在用户使用过程中存在严重的冲压开裂问题。对缺陷样进行显微分析发现,大尺寸Al2O3夹杂是导致冲压开裂的主要原因。本文从转炉和RH工艺出发,围绕"氧"控制主线展开了研究,提高了转炉整炉役的复吹效果,优化了炉渣改质工艺和RH吹氧工艺。因此,连铸中包钢中平均氧含量由之前的30ppm降至23 ppm,产品冲压开裂问题得到了有效解决。The deep-drawing IF steel produced by Tangshan Stainless Steel Company has serious stamping cracking problems during user usage.Microscopic analysis of the defect samples show that large-sized Al2O3 inclusions were the main cause of stamping cracking.This article conducts a study around the main line of"oxygen"control in converter and RH process,the top-bottom blowing effect of the converter during entire furnace service be improved,the slag modification process and RH oxygen blowing process were optimized in this study.As a result,the average total oxygen content of conticaster tundish steel was reduced from 30 ppm to 23 ppm,the problem of stamping cracking of the product was effectively improved.
