摘　　要：本文叙述了天铁公司烧结原料结构、混合料水分波动、燃料粒度组成和工艺参数的误差等对烧结矿强度的影响因素和分析过程。经过分析找出影响烧结矿强度的原因后,通过实施设备改造、工艺优化以及调整设备参数等措施,提高了烧结矿强度,有效地降低了烧结矿的低温粉化率,取得了较好的效果。This paper describes the influence factors and analysis process of sintering raw material structure,water fluctuation of mixture,composition of fuel particle size and error of process parameter etc on sinter strength in Tiantie Company.After analyzing and finding out the reasons affecting the sinter strength,through implementing the measures of equipment transformation,process optimization and adjusting equipment parameters,the sinter strength ore was improved,the low temperature pulverization rate of the sinter ore was effectively reduced,and a good result was obtained.
