摘  要:本文概述了FINEX工艺的发展过程,简要介绍了FINEX的工艺流程。重点对FINEX流程与高炉流程的主要污染物排放指标进行了对比分析。FINEX流程相比高炉流程具有较为明显的减排优势,分析结果表明,其中颗粒物排放降低比例约32.9%,二氧化硫排放降低比例约68.3%,氮氧化物排放降低比例约66.2%。对FINEX流程与高炉流程的能耗数据进行了对比分析,结果表明FINEX流程生产每吨铁水的能耗略低于传统高炉流程,FINEX流程具有一定的节能效果。The development process of FINEX technology is summarized,and the process flow of FINEX is briefly introduced in this paper.A comparative analysis is made about the main pollutant emission indexes between FINEX process and blast furnace process.Compared with blast furnace process,FINEX process has obvious advantages in emission reduction,the results of analysis indicate that the emission of particulate matter was reduced by 32.9%,sulfur dioxide by 68.3%and nitrogen oxide by66.2%.The energy consumption data of FINEX process and traditional blast furnace process are compared and analyzed,the results show that the FINEX process uses slightly less energy per ton of molten iron than the traditional blast furnace process,the FINEX process has certain energy saving effect.
