钢铁企业降低工业废水排放量的研究

摘　　要：钢铁企业在烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等工序生产过程中会产生大量的工业废水,由于生产工序复杂,产生的废水种类多、数量大。工业废水处理工艺复杂,不但增加生产成本,同时还有造成环境污染事故的风险。邯钢公司通过节水新技术新工艺的应用、水处理设施的升级改造、水处理工艺的优化和工业废管控的优化等措施,降低了工业新水的耗量和工业废水排放量,在降低生产成本同时,实现清洁生产。Iron and steel enterprises will produce a large amount of industrial wastewater in the process of sintering,ironmaking,steelmaking and rolling,because of the complexity of the production process,there are many types and quantities of wastewater produced.Industrial wastewater treatment process is complex,it not only increases production costs,but also risks environmental pollution accidents.Through the application of water saving new technologies and processes,the upgrading of water treatment facilities,the optimization of water treatment process and the optimization of industrial wastewater control,Handan iron and steel company reduced the consumption of new industrial water and the discharge of industrial wastewater,reducing production costs while achieve cleaner production.
