摘 要:【目的】客观评价大茎野生种57NG208血缘F2代创新种质,提高创新种质的利用效率。【方法】利用主成分分析和聚类分析法对云瑞15系列甘蔗创新种质的20份参试材料的主要数量性状进行分析。【结果】相关分析表明,蔗茎产量与各性状均呈正相关,且与株高达到显著水平,与有效茎数达到极显著水平;11月蔗糖分与蔗茎产量和有效径数呈正相关,且与有效径数差异达到显著水平。主成分分析表明,前3个主成分的方差累积贡献率达92.417%,能反映所列性状绝大部分的信息;聚类分析得20份参试材料分成3个类群,各个类群具有不同特点,在组合选配时可科学加以利用。【结论】云瑞15-80、云瑞15-78、云瑞15-152、云瑞15-44、云瑞15-85、云瑞15-12、云瑞15-45、云瑞15-111、云瑞15-79、云瑞15-84和云瑞15-55共11份材料的综合性状好,应作为重要创新种质优先利用。【Objective】The present paper aimed to objectively evaluate the innovative germplasm of S.robustum 57NG208 of blood line F 2 generation and improve the utilization efficiency of germplasm.【Method】The main quantitative characters of 20 samples from YR 15 series sugarcane innovative germplasm were analyzed by means of principal component analysis and cluster analysis.【Result】Correlation analysis showed that the yield of sugarcane stem was positively correlated with each character,and reached a significant level with plant height,and reached an extremely significant level with effective stem number.Sucrose content in November was positively correlated with stem yield and effective diameter,and reached a significant level with effective diameter.Principal component analysis showed that the variance cumulative contribution rate of the first 3 PC accounted for 92.417%,which had reflected the information of most of the listed traits.Cluster analysis showed that the 20 samples could be divided into three groups,and each group had different characteristics.【Conclusion】YR15-80,YR15-78,YR15-152,YR15-44,YR15-85,YR15-12,YR15-45,YR15-111,YR15-79,YR15-84,YR15-55 and YR15-80 had good compre-hensive properties,which could be used as important germplasm priority.
