摘　　要：目的了解社区2型糖尿病患者家庭支持与血糖控制关系,为患者管理提供依据。方法在北京市通州和顺义区4个社区卫生服务中心招募符合条件的研究对象792名,进行问卷调查及实验室检查,单因素和结构方程模型分析家庭支持与血糖控制的关系。结果病程和糖尿病相关技能是影响血糖控制的因素(P<0.001和P=0.006)。结构方程模型分析显示鼓励性支持(β=0.401)和批评性支持(β=-0.370)分别与自我效能存在正向和负向的关系;自我效能(β=0.489)和受教育程度(β=0.161)与糖尿病相关技能存在正向关系;糖尿病相关技能(β=-0.102)和病程(β=0.200)分别与血糖水平存在负向和正向的关系(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持可能通过自我效能及糖尿病相关技能影响糖尿病患者血糖水平。Objective To explore the correlation between family support and glycemic control among community patients with type 2 diabetes and provide evidence for patient management.Methods A total of 792 eligible patients were recruited from 4 community healthcare centers in Shunyi and Tongzhou Districts of Beijing.Questionnaires and laboratory tests were conducted.Single factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the correlation between family support and glycemic control.Results Disease course(P<0.001)and diabetes-related skills(P=0.006)were influencing factors of glycemic control.Results of structural equation modeling suggested that there was a positive relationship between encouraging support(β=0.401)and self-efficacy,and a negative relationship between critical support(β=-0.370)and selfefficacy.Higher scores of self-efficacy(β=0.489)and higher educational levels(β=0.161)were positively correlated with diabetes-related skills.Diabetes-related skills(β=-0.102)was negatively correlated with patients’glycemic level(P<0.05)while diabetes courses(β=0.200)were positively correlated with glycemic level(P<0.001).Conclusions Family support could affect patients’glycemic levels through self-efficacy and diabetic-related skills.
