摘 要:为进一步明确浙江省常规晚粳稻品种中稻瘟病抗性基因的分布情况,本研究利用Pi2、Pi9、Pi5、Pi40、Pib、Pita、Pi25、Pi41、Pikm和Pigm 10个抗瘟基因的功能标记,对12个常规晚粳稻主栽品种进行分子标记检测。结果表明,Pib、Pi25、Pi40和Pi41等4个抗性基因在这些供试品种中的分布频率高达100%;Pi2和Pikm的分布频率均为58.33%,Pita、Pi5、Pi9和Pigm的分布频率分别为50.00%、33.33%、25.00%和0;12个供试水稻品种中,‘浙粳29’、‘浙粳86’、‘浙粳99’和‘秀水134’含抗性基因多达7个,而‘浙粳88’含抗性基因仅有5个。在遗传相似系数为0.877处,‘浙粳99’、‘浙粳86’、‘嘉58’和‘秀水134’可以聚为一类,说明‘浙粳99’和‘浙粳86’对稻瘟病有较强抗性。本研究初步确定了12个浙江省常规晚粳稻品种的抗性基因分布情况,研究结果可为进一步聚合更多的稻瘟病抗性基因、培育广谱抗稻瘟病新品种(系)新品种提供了科学基础。In order to cla rify the distribution of rice blast resistance genes in conventional late japonica rice varieties in Zhejiang Province,In this study,12 conventional late japonica rice varieties were selected,and the functional markers of Pi,Pi9,Pi5,Pi40,Pib,Pita,Pi25,Pi41,Pikm and Pigm were used to detect blast resistance genes.The results showed 12 tested rice varieties contained the Pib,Pi25,Pi40 and Pi41 resistance genes and the distribution frequency of the four resistance genes was as high as 100%.The distribution frequency of Pi2 and Pikm was 58.33%.The distribution frequency of Pita,Pi5,Pi9 and Pigm were 50.00%,33.33%,25.00%and 0,respectively.Among the 12 tested rice varieties,’Zhejing29’,’Zhejing86’,’Zhejing99’and’Xiushui134’contained up to 7 resistance genes,and’Zhejing88’contained the least resistance genes,only 5.At the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.877,’Zhejing99’,’Zhejing86’,’Jia58’and’Xiushui134’were clustered into one class,indicating that’Zhejing99’and’Zhejing86’had strong resistance to rice blast.In this study,the distribution of resistance genes of 12 conventional late japonica rice varieties in Zhejiang Province were preliminarily established,which layed a foundation for further aggregation of more resistance genes of rice blast and breeding of new varieties(lines)with broad-spectrum resistance to rice blast.
