摘 要:为研究不同欧美杨无性系对光强变化的响应机理,以6个欧美杨杂交无性系为试验材料,利用遮阴网进行光强控制,设置3个光强梯度(CK:100%自然光强;L1:55%自然光强;L2:20%自然光强),测定各处理下无性系的生理生化指标并对无性系进行综合评价。结果表明,随着光照强度的降低,‘11-21-8’、‘11-26-8’与‘11-32-1’无性系的可溶性糖含量、蛋白质含量和游离脯氨酸含量呈逐渐降低的趋势。‘11-26-4’的蛋白质含量及游离脯氨酸含量在L1处理下有最大值。从整体水平上看,L1及L2处理下无性系的细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量高于CK处理。无性系的过氧化物酶活性及超氧化物歧化酶活性在不同光强处理间呈现不同的变化趋势。‘11-26-4’、‘11-26-8’与‘11-26-9’无性系的过氧化物酶活性和超氧化物歧化酶活性在不同光强处理间均具有显著差异。无性系生理生化活性的隶属函数综合评价结果显示,在自然光强下‘11-21-8’无性系的生理生化活性最优,‘11-36-26’无性系在极度弱光条件下需较高的生理生化活性维持生长。本研究探究了不同无性系对光强变化的响应差异,为高光效杂交欧美杨无性系选育研究提供一定的参考。In order to study the response mechanism of different P.×euramericans clones to the change of light intensity,six hybrid clones of P.×euramericans were used as experimental materials,the light intensity was controlled by shading net,and three light intensity gradients(CK:100%natural light intensity;L1:55%natural light intensity;L2:20%natural light intensity)were set up,the physiological and biochemical indexes of clones under each treatment were determined and the clones were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the soluble sugar content,protein content and free proline content of clones‘11-21-8’,‘11-26-8’and‘11-32-1’gradually decreased with the decrease of light intensity.And the protein content and free proline content of‘11-26-4’had the maximum value under L1 treatment.From the overall level,the cell membrane permeability and malondialdehyde content of clones under L1 and L2 treatments were higher than those of CK treatment.The activity of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase showed different trends among different light intensity treatments.The peroxidase activity and superoxide dismutase activity of‘11-26-4’,‘11-26-8’and‘11-26-9’clones were significantly different among different light intensity treatments.The comprehensive evaluation results of the membership functions of physiological and biochemical activities of clones showed that the physiological and biochemical activities of‘11-21-8’clones were the best under natural light intensity,and‘11-36-26’clones needed higher physiological and biochemical activities to maintain growth under extremely low light intensity.This study investigated the differences in response of different clones to the change of light intensity,and provide a certain reference for the breeding of high light efficiency hybrid clones.
