摘　　要：[目的]探讨隔药饼灸对慢传输型便秘(STC)患者体内促炎-抗炎系统的影响。[方法]本研究共纳入2017年5月~2018年12月于我院就诊的气机郁滞证STC患者共84例。随机等份分为隔药饼灸组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。分别在入组时(T0)和治疗1月(T1)2个时间检测促炎因子(TNF-α和IL-6)和抗炎因子(TGF-β和IL-4)水平,进行结肠传输试验计算传输指数(TI)。[结果]T1时,隔药饼灸组腹中胀满(1.55±0.51 vs.1.89±0.50,P<0.001),腹痛(1.22±0.32 vs.1.59±0.48,P<0.001)和食欲减少(1.42±0.49 vs.1.59±0.23,P=0.011)3项评分均明显低于对照组。T1时,隔药饼灸组患者TGF-β和IL-4水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而TNF-α和IL-6均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。普芦卡必利+隔药饼灸与△TGF-β相关性最大(r=0.543,P<0.001)。[结论]隔药饼灸可通过调节促炎-抗炎系统,进一步改善STC患者中医症状。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion(HCSM)on pro-and anti-inflammatory system in slow transit constipation(STC)patients.[Methods]Eighty-four STC patients of qi movement stagnation were enrolled in this study and divided into HCSM group and control group,equally.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,TGFbeta and IL-4 were measured before(T0)and 1 month(T1)after treatment.[Results]On T1,the chinese syndrome of abdominal distension(1.55±0.51 vs.1.89±0.50,t=3.594,P<0.001),pain(1.22±0.32 vs.1.59±0.48,t=4.842,P<0.001)and reduced appetite(1.42±0.49 vs.1.59±0.23,t=2.371,P=0.011)in HCSM group were lower than those in control group.On T1,the levels of TGFbeta and IL-4 in HCSM group were higher than those in control group,while the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 were lower.HCSM showed a most relationship to △TGF-β(r=0.543,P<0.001).[Conclusion]HCSM improve the Chinese medicine syndrome in STC patients mediating pro-and anti-inflammatory system.
