台州地区3673例乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阳性患者乙肝两对半模式分析

摘　　要：目的分析台州地区乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性患者乙肝两对半检测中的各种模式,探讨其在各年龄段以及男女之间的分布情况。方法对2018年度在本院进行乙肝两对半检查的3673例HBs Ag阳性患者的结果进行回顾,用SPSS 23.0软件进行相关统计学分析。结果3673例HBs Ag阳性患者中,共检出乙肝两对半模式9种,主要以模式2(HBs Ag、HBe Ab、HBc Ab阳性)、模式3(HBs Ag、HBe Ag、HBc Ab阳性)、模式1(HBs Ag、HBc Ab阳性)为主,分别占65.15%、18.84%、14.67%。在41岁~50岁、51岁~60岁年龄段中乙肝两对半模式在男、女之间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区HBs Ag阳性患者中乙肝两对半模式在各年龄段、性别之间的分布情况不一,有关部门应针对各个人群制定相应的防治工作。Objective To investigate the different modes of five items of hepatitis B in patients with positive HBsAg in Taizhou and discuss their distributions in different age and gender groups.Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted on 3673 patients with positive HBsAg,who went to our hospital for the test of five items of hepatitis B in 2018.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 23.0 software.Results Of the 3673 patients with positive HBsAg,9 patterns of five items of hepatitis B were detected,primary pattern was mode 2(HBsAg+,HBeAb+,HBcAb+),mode 3(HBsAg+,HBeAg+,HBcAb+),mode 1(HBsAg+,HBcAb+),respectively accounting for 65.15%,18.84%,14.67%.In patients at 41-50 years,51-60 years,there was statistical significance on the differences in the distribution of different modes of five items of hepatitis B between male and female(P<0.05).Conclusion Among the patients with positive HBsAg in this area,the distribution of the modes of five items of hepatitis B is different between different ages and genders.Relevant departments should formulate prevention and treatment measures for different groups.
