摘 要:目的建立同时测定酸橙中柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯、芳樟醇、4-松油醇4种单萜成分含量的方法。方法采用Agilent HP-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱,进样口温度250℃,程序升温;EI电离方式,离子源温度230℃,四级杆温度150℃,接口温度280℃,质量扫描范围45~550aum。结果柠檬烯、γ-萜品烯、芳樟醇、4-松油醇在相应的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率符合规定,精密度、稳定性、重复性均<3%,酸橙中四种单萜类成分含量随生长呈现先增加后下降的趋势。结论方法简便、快速,可为酸橙类药材的质量评价提供依据。Objective To establish a method for determination of limonene,gamma terpene,linalool,4-terpineol in Citrus au-rantium.Methods The GC-MS method was adopted using a Agilent HP-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)column.The in-jector temperature was 250℃by temperature programming;ionization mode EI,ion source temperature 230℃,quadropole temper-ature 150℃,interface temperature 280℃,mass scan range 45-550aum.Results Four monoterpenoids have good linear relation-ship in their respective concentration range and the average recovery all meet the requirement.RSDs of precision test,reproduc-ibility test and stability test were all lower than 3%.The content of four monoterpenoids increased with growing stage and then de-creased.Conclusion The developed method is simple and quick,which can provides reference for the quality control of Citrus au-rantium.
