核桃壳滤料清洗再生技术研究

摘　　要：海上油田随着注水量的不断增加,核桃壳过滤器反复使用,大量的油污与悬浮物被核桃壳滤料截留并粘附在滤料表面,滤料颗粒之间发生粘连,加快了污染速度。滤料污染严重时则需要更换大量滤料,消耗人力物力,凭借常规的反冲洗工艺已不能使被污染的滤料再生。通过实验对核桃壳滤料清洗配方进行优化,确定选出十二烷基苯磺酸钠与氢氧化钠为主要清洗剂,药剂清洗周期为30天左右,药剂清洗周期内水洗周期不得超过26h,滤料再生效果好,截污能力强。With the continuous increase of water injection in offshore oil fields,walnut shell filter is used repeatedly,a large number of oil and suspended substances are intercepted by walnut shell filter material and adhere to the surface of the filter material,filter material particles adhesion,speed up the pollution rate.When the filter material pollution is serious,a large amount of filter material needs to be replaced,which consumes manpower and material resources.Through the experiment to the walnut shell filter material cleaning formula optimization,to determine the selection of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium hydroxide as the main cleaning agents,agent cleaning cycle is about 30 days,agents cleaning cycle within the washing cycle shall not exceed 26h,filter material regeneration effect is good,strong ability to stop pollution.
