摘  要:传统制鞋车间的作业人员密度高、间距小、空气质量差、照度不足等给作业人员造成了严重的心理健康、安全、卫生等问题.立足于人性化设计理念,以智能化洁净技术为核心,结合空间照明以及色彩设计,为打造一个洁净无尘、健康环保、人性化的作业环境提供参考.运用高效除尘通风系统、精准配料系统等实现洁净化,通过自然光以及智能化光照系统的合理应用,排除车间的空间死角,减少人工照明能耗,从而贴合绿色环保理念,运用和谐色彩在视觉上打造车间的洁净感.The high density, small spacing, poor air quality, and insufficient illumination of workers in traditional shoe-making workshops have caused serious mental health, safety and health problems for workers. Based on the humanized design concept, with intelligent clean technology as the core, combined with space lighting and color design, it provides a reference for creating a clean, dust-free, healthy, environmental friendly and humanized working environment. Use high-efficiency dust removal ventilation systems and accurate batching system to achieve cleanliness. Through the reasonable application of natural light and intelligent lighting systems, eliminate the dead space of the workshop and reduce the energy consumption of artificial lighting, so as to fit the concept of green environmental protection. Use harmonious colors to create a clean feeling of the workshop visually.
