《黄帝内经》五变刺主治理论浅析

摘　　要：五变刺是指导临床五输穴运用的理论依据之一,文章运用象数思维通过象、数、法时针刺和子母补泻4个方面浅析五变刺主治理论内涵及意义。结合阴阳术数、五行互藏等理论对五变刺主治规律和取穴特点进行分析。分析五输穴经气血流注特点,结合得气、解剖和主治病症等,认为五输经气血应为由浅入深,而非由深出浅继入深;具体分析五变刺"藏"字,结合井穴主治特点,其当指五脏气机异常并非笼统所指脏病,五变刺主治应为由气机功能异常至本脏病逐渐深入。发现五变刺本篇五变前后并不能完全对应,加之其多为理论推导,与实际有所出入,并不能完全概括五输穴主治特点。通过对五变刺的分析,为运用大数据挖掘技术全面总结五输穴运用规律奠定基础。The five varied needling techniques is one of the theoretical bases to guide the clinical application of five-shu points.This paper analyzed the theoretical connotation and significance of five varied needling techniques from the four aspects of image thinking,number thinking,acupuncture on time point selection and child-mother reinforcing-reducing method.Combined with the theory of yin yang technique number,five elements mutual accumulation and other theories,the main treatment law and the characteristics of acupoint selection of five varied needling techniques were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of qi and blood flow in five-shu points,combined with qi acquisition,anatomy and indications,it is consideredthat qi and blood flow in five-shu points should be from shallow to deep,rather than from deep to shallow to deep;based on the analysis of the character of'Zang'in five varied needling techniques,combined with the main treatment characteristics of Jing points,it should be pointed out that the abnormality of the qi movement in five Zang viscera is not generally referred to as the Zang viscera disease,and the main treatment of five varied needling techniques should be from the abnormal function of qi movement to the gradual deepening of the Zang disease.It is found that in the same chapter,the descriptions of five varied needling techniques are inconsistent.In addition,it is mostly theoretical derivation,which is different from the actual situation,and can not completely summarize the main treatment characteristics of five-shu points.Through the analysis of five varied needling techniques in this paper,it lays a foundation for using big data and data mining technology to comprehensively summarize the applicable law of five-shu points.
