摘　　要：卵巢功能障碍是导致女性不孕的重要因素。杜惠兰教授基于丰富的临证经验认为,卵巢功能障碍型不孕的病机以肾、肝、脾功能失调,冲任气血失养为本,气滞痰湿、瘀阻冲任气血为标,提出了辨证和辨周期治疗的诊治思路,总结了肾气虚证、肾阳虚证、肾阴虚证、肝郁证、血瘀证、痰湿证的辨证用药规律,治疗以补、调为主,以使脏腑调和,冲任气血充盈、畅达,卵巢功能得以改善而成功受孕。Ovarian dysfunction is an important factor in female infertility.Based on the rich clinical experience,professor DU Hui-lan believes that the pathogenesis of infertility with ovarian dysfunction is based on the dysfunction of kidney,liver and spleen,the loss of nourishment of chong ren qi and blood,and qi stagnation and phlegm dampness leading to stasis obstruction of chong ren qi and blood are the main causes of the disease.The diagnosis and treatment ideas of syndrome differentiation and periodic treatment are put forward and the syndrome differentiation and medication regular of kidney qi deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,kidney yin deficiency,liver depression,blood stasis and phlegm dampness are summarized.The treatment is mainly tonifying and regulating,so as to harmonize the viscera,make the chong ren qi and blood full and smooth,improve the ovarian function and successful pregnancy.
