从全身炎症反应综合征/代偿性抗炎反应综合征思考《伤寒论》六经内涵

摘　　要：《伤寒论》作为中国传统医学临床经典著作,历经千余年的临床实践考验,充分证实了其科学内涵和实用价值。文章通过浅溯从阴阳六经到《伤寒论》六经内涵的衍化,简述中医学与现代医学解读《伤寒论》六经的利钝,提出从全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)/代偿性抗炎反应综合征(CARS)平衡与免疫稳态角度理解《伤寒论》六经,SIRS/CARS的动态平衡保证《伤寒论》六经传变,局部炎症反应综合征(LIRS)诱导的SIRS/CARS失衡导致早晚期的多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)则是六经变证,而出现MODS往往是死证、不治证。希冀些许拙见愚思为临床经典《伤寒论》的现代医学研究抛砖引玉。As the classical clinical monograph of traditional Chinese medicine, Shanghan Lun has been tested by clinical practice for more than 1 000 years, which fully proves its scientific connotation and practical value. This paper briefly traced the evolution of the connotation of the six-meridians from yin and yang to Shanghan Lun, described the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine in the interpretation of the six-meridians of Shanghan Lun, proposed to understand the six-meridians from the perspective of systemic inflammatory response syndrome/compensatory anti-inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS/CARS) balance and immune homeostasis. The dynamic balance of SIRS/CARS ensures the smooth spread of the six-meridians, and the imbalance of SIRS/CARS induced by LIRS leading to the early and late stage of MODS is the abnormal spread of the six-meridians, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) would die and be incurable frequently. There are some opinions putting forward on the modern medical research of Shanghan Lun in this article.
