旴江名著《世医得效方》辨治耳鼻喉疾病特色探微

摘　　要：元代旴江医家危亦林所著《世医得效方》,对临床各科的论治颇多阐发奥旨,反映了危亦林丰富的临床经验和融会贯通化裁古方的创新思想。其中,辨治耳鼻喉疾病颇具特色,辨证独到,方药效验。危亦林深谙《黄帝内经》奥旨,运用阴阳五行之理法,取象比类之思维,升清降浊之理论,易象术数之精髓,独辟蹊径,方术巧妙,效验俱佳。危亦林临证辨治耳鼻喉疾病,善用针灸解除患者病痛于须臾之间,结合各种特色外治法,效如桴鼓,其治病理念对后世旴江五官科流派发展有着重要指导意义。In the Yuan dynasty, WEI Yi-lin, a doctor of Xujiang, wrote the Shiyi Dexiao Fang, which expounded the aim of clinical treatment, and reflected the rich clinical experience and innovative thought of integrating ancient prescriptions. Among them, distinguishing and treating otorhinolaryngology disease quite characteristic, syndrome differentiation unique, prescription medicine effect test. WEI Yi-lin knows the essence of the Huangdi Neijing, using the theory of yin-yang and five elements, taking the thinking of analogy, the theory of raising and reducing turbidity, the essence of the number of image changing techniques. He has a unique way, skillful and effective. WEI Yi-lin’s clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of otorhinolaryngological diseases, the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to relieve patient’s pain for a moment, combined with various characteristics of external treatment, such as drum, its treatment of pathology has an important guiding significance for the development of the future school of five senses in Xujiang.
