从肺间充质干细胞线粒体角度浅析全程温法治疗肺间质纤维化

摘　　要：传承于国医大师洪广祥“治肺不远温”学术思想,本团队创新性提出“全程温法治疗肺间质纤维化”,拟方“温肺化纤汤”,取得了较好的疗效。团队近期研究发现,温肺化纤汤能稳定氧化应激环境下肺间充质干细胞的线粒体形态,这一微观现象与中医学温法激动人体阳气之宏观理论相合,亦为“全程温法”提供了新的理论依据。Inheriting the academic thought of‘treating lung not far away from temperature’of TCM master Hong Guang-xiang,our team innovatively put forward the‘whole process warming method to treat pulmonary interstitial fibrosis’,and formulated the'Wenfei Huaxian Decoction',which achieved good effect.The team recently found that Wenfei Huaxian Decoction could stabilize the mitochondrial morphology of pulmonary mesenchymal stem cells under oxidative stress.This microscopic phenomenon is consistent with the macro theory of traditional Chinese medicine on warming human yang,and also provides a new theoretical basis for‘whole process warming’.
