基于太阴中风探讨糖尿病周围神经病变的病传规律

摘　　要：文章基于太阴中风探讨糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的病传规律,通过整理《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《诸病源候论》《备急千金要方》《外台秘要》等经方古籍中相关的文献记载,结合DPN的临床特点将其分为血痹期、风痹期和脚气期,并总结各个分期的病因病机、病传规律与治疗方药。血痹期为DPN初期,方用黄芪桂枝五物汤;风痹期为中期,方用《千金》三黄汤;脚气病为传变期,方用麻黄止汗通痹解肌汤。This paper discussed the disease transmission rule of diabetic peripheral neuropathy based on Taiyin disease with wind affection, by sorting out the relevant literature records in ancient books such as Shanghan Lun, Jingui Yaolue, Zhubing Yuanhou Lun, Beiji Qianjin Yaofang, Waitai Miyao, etc.. Combined with the clinical characteristics of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic peripheral neuropathy is divided into blood bi stage, wind bi stage and weak foot stage, and summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of each stage, the law of disease transmission and treatment. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction was used in the blood bi stage which is the initial period of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, Qianjin Sanhuang Decoction was used in the wind bi stage which is the middle period, Mahuang Zhihan Tongbi Jieji Decoction was used in the weak foot stage which is the transmissive period.
