治理现代化视角下行业高校共建体制改革研究

摘　　要：共建体制是我国高等教育管理体制改革的重要制度创新,对推进高等教育治理现代化具有重要意义,主要体现在推动管理体制改革、促进多元主体参与治理、拓展高校自治空间、提升高校资源配置能力等方面。然而,行业高校共建体制在责任分担、模式推进、院校行动等方面依然存在不少问题。在推进高等教育治理体系与治理能力现代化的新阶段,行业高校共建体制改革要求进一步明确责任主体的共建任务,构建更加多元化的共建体系,提升行业高校内部治理能力。As an important institutional innovation in the reform of higher education management system in China,jointly construction mechanism is of great significance in promoting the modernization of higher education governance,which is reflected in promoting the reform of management system,promoting the participation of diverse subjects in governance,expanding the space of university autonomy,and improving the resource allocation capacity of university.However,there are still some problems in the responsibility sharing,promotion mode,college action and so on.In the new stage of promoting the modernization of higher education governance system and governance capacity,the reform of jointly construction mechanism of universities with industrial characteristics requires further clarification of the jointly tasks of the responsible subjects,building a more diversified jointly system,and improving the internal governance capacity of universities.
