摘  要:农业物料在收获、加工和运输等过程中易出现碰撞损伤,直接影响农产品质量。深入研究其碰撞损伤机理对于降低农业物料损伤具有重要意义。农业物料损伤来源主要为碰撞接触损伤,为了解典型农业物料碰撞损伤机理,在研究大量国内外文献的基础上,基于撞击式损伤原理,针对农业物料碰撞损伤机理综述了经典接触力学中小变形碰撞接触的研究现状和典型物料碰撞接触的损伤规律,从碰撞理论、碰撞模型、碰撞检测及数值仿真等方面,分别阐述了脱粒型、脱壳型和柔性果型农业物料碰撞特性的研究进展和技术难点,并探讨了典型农业物料在逆向建模、碰撞损伤模型改进、碰撞算法改进以及开发高精度损伤传感器等方面研究的可能性,为农业工程装备设计及改进提供参考。Agricultural materials have collision damage during harvesting,processing and transportation,which directly affects the quality of agricultural products.In-depth study of collision damage mechanism is of great significance for reducing the damage of agricultural materials.At present,collision contact damage is the chief cause of agricultural material damage.To understand the collision damage mechanism of typical agricultural materials,based on the research of extensive literature at home and abroad and impact damage principle,in view of the mechanism of agricultural materials for collision damage,we summarized the study status of small deformation in classic contact mechanics and the damage rules of typical material collision.The research progress and technical difficulties of the collision characteristics of threshing,shelling and flexible fruit type agricultural materials were described respectively from collision theory,collision model,collision detection and numerical simulation.Moreover,the possibility of researches on typical agricultural materials in reverse modeling,collision damage model improvement,collision algorithm improvement and development of high-precision damage sensors were discussed.This study can provide reference for the design and improvement of agricultural engineering equipment.
