摘  要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA显式动力学软件对不锈钢/钢的爆炸焊接过程进行数值模拟。研究不同间距和起爆方式对爆炸焊接质量的影响。结果表明:当爆炸焊接工艺和材料保持不变时,复合板在上限间距6 mm处的复合质量最好。在达到相同的最佳碰撞速度下,可以节省炸药用量,模拟结果与试验一致,基复板间距遵循上限法则;中心起爆下炸药能量利用率较端部起爆高,实际生产中常采用中心起爆。通过延长复板长度,将复板边缘引出复合区域可以有效地消除边界效应,模拟结果与理论分析一致。The explosion welding process of stainless steel/steel was numerically simulated using ANSYS/LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software. The effects of different spacing and initiation mode on the quality of explosive welding were studied. The results show that when the explosive welding process and material remain the same,the composite quality of the composite plate at the upper limit spacing of 6 mm is the best. Under the same optimum collision speed,the explosive consumption can be saved.These simulation results are consistent with the experiments. The base plate spacing follows the upper limit rule,and the energy utilization ratio of the explosive under the central detonation is higher than that of the end detonation,and the central detonation is often used in the actual production. The boundary effect can be effectively eliminated by extending the length of the flyer plate,and the simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
