摘 要:通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA 3D非线性动力学软件研究壳体不对称性对爆炸成型弹丸成型形态的影响,并进行试验验证。结果表明:壳体两侧厚度完全对称时,形成的爆炸成型弹丸沿装药轴线呈对称形态;当壳体两侧厚度存在偏差时,生成的爆炸成型弹丸偏离轴线,且弹丸头部偏向壳体较薄一侧;壳体两侧不对称的厚度差异越大,弹丸偏离轴线程度越大,姿态稳定性越低,有效侵彻动能越小。The influence of asymmetrical shell explosively formed projectile shape was studied by ANSYS/LS-DYNA 3 D nonlinear dynamical software,and the simulated result was verified by experiment. The results show that,as the thickness of both sides of the shell is completely symmetrical along the shaped charge axis,the explosively formed projectile is also ax-symmetric.When there is a thickness deviation on both sides of the shell,the explosively formed projectile deviates from the axis of the charge,and the head of the projectile inclines to the thin side of the shell. When the thickness difference of the shell on both sides of the charge become larger,the degree of the projectile deviating from the charge axis becomes greater and the attitude stability gets poorer,the effective penetration kinetic energy becomes smaller.
