中美服务贸易双边嵌套关系分析

摘　　要：中国是世界第二大服务贸易国,在中美贸易摩擦频发背景下,厘清中美服务贸易双边嵌套关系对于中国完善相关政策举措有重要参考价值。基于出口增加值数据,对中美服务贸易双边嵌套关系进行测算分析,研究发现,中美服务贸易中,美国占据了双边嵌套优势和较高的分工地位,中国相对弱势,但嵌套地位正逐步提升;中美服务贸易双边嵌套强度明显提高,近年来逐步趋稳;中美分行业服务贸易嵌套关系存在显著的异质性,建筑房地产、运输仓储快递等服务贸易或将成为中美扩大服务合作的重要突破领域,而金融、技术、公共管理等服务业领域,中美双边嵌套关系或因美国技术服务出口限制而受到阻碍。China is already the second largest service trade country in the world. Under the background of frequent trade frictions between China and the United States,it is of important reference value for improving relevant policy measures in China to clarify the bilateral nesting relationship of service trade between China and the United States. Based on the export increase valued data,a study is conducted in this paper to analyze the bilateral nesting relationship of service trade between China and the United States. The result indicates that the United States occupies a bilateral nesting advantage and owns a higher position in division of labor. China is in a relatively disadvantageous position,but the nesting position is gradually improving. The bilateral nesting intensity of Sino-US service trade has been significantly improved,and it has gradually stabilized in recent years. There is a significant heterogeneity in the nesting relationship of different industries of service trade between China and the United States. Some trade services such as construction real estate and transportation and warehousing will become very important if China and the United States expand service cooperation. On the contrary,in the field of finance,technology,and public administration,the bilateral nesting relationship between China and the United States has been hampered because of the restrictions of US technology service exports.
