摘 要:随着对作为蒙古族特色房屋的蒙古包适用性、功能性要求的不断提升,对其结构的受力性能也提出了新的要求。考虑到绿色、安装便捷等现代房屋建造要求,在双肢冷弯C形钢门式刚架的基础上提出新的陶脑构造,设计出一种装配式蒙古包刚架。运用ANSYS有限元软件考察了此类新型刚架的抗震性能,并以C形钢厚度、柱翼缘宽度、节点板厚度、梁腹板高度、屋面坡度和陶脑直径为参数,对双肢冷弯C形钢蒙古包刚架进行了抗震性能影响因素分析。结果表明:该新型刚架结构陶脑构造对刚架受力性能有所提升,此结构具有良好的抗震性能。设计中建议节点板厚度不应小于6mm,C形钢厚度不应小于2.5mm。Mongolian yurts is a Mongolian characteristics houses,with continuous improvement of the requirements of applicability and functionality,new requirements are put on the structural performance of yurts.Based on the requirement of modern house construction,such as green and easy installation,this paper proposes a new Tao Nao construction detail and designs a fabricated yurt rigid frame using cold-formed C-shaped steel portal frame.The finite element software ANSYS is used to investigate the seismic performance of this new type of rigid frame.Using the thickness of C-shaped steel,the width of the column flange,the thickness of the gusset plate,the height of the beam web,the slope of the roof and the diameter of Tao Nao as parameters,the factors affecting the seismic performance of double cold-formed C-shaped steel Mongolian Yurt rigid frames are analyzed.The results show that Tao Nao construction detail of the new type of rigid frame improves the mechanical performance of rigid frame,and this structure has a good seismic performance.It is recommended that the thickness of gusset plate should not be less than6 mm and the thickness of the C-shaped steel should not be less than 2.5 mm.
